The Unfinished Spanish Galleon Of Finley Lake. Spiderbait’s first major release. Although there are a lot of grungy guitars and distorted riffs, in my mind I just don’t associate them with that scene. To me, their sound has always been pop-oriented. Thrashy, but pop. Thrash-pop perhaps? Regardless of genre, it’s fun stuff. It’s party music. Spiderbait is what you listen to out in the sun, driving or at the beach with your mates.
